Thex has officially unveiled KEMET, its new residential project in the Dominican Republic, designed as a space where contemporary architecture engages in dialogue with the Caribbean landscape.
The development integrates sustainability and wellbeing criteria at every stage of the design, from the orientation of the homes to the selection of low-impact materials.
"KEMET reflects how we understand residential architecture: spaces that adapt to people and their surroundings, not the other way around," said Thex's architecture team.
The project joins the group's international portfolio, which already includes developments in Dubai, Spain, Panama and Morocco, among other countries.
